Health data didn't come through
Apple shares medications one by one: you have to tick the specific ones in the system sheet. You can open it again in Settings → Apple Health. Reading the medications list works from iOS 26 onwards.
My records disappeared
The history lives only on your phone, so we cannot restore it. If you made a backup, open Settings → Restore from backup.
Moving to a new phone
On the old one: Settings → Save a backup. On the new one: Restore from backup.
